Bharat Smart QR offers physical QR Standee delivery for businesses that subscribe to eligible plans. We ensure safe, timely delivery to help you quickly start using our digital ordering and management solutions.

Shipping Availability

• We currently deliver across India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Dispatch Time

• Orders for QR Standees are dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation of payment and artwork/design approval (if customized branding is requested).
• Dispatch delays may occur during public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, but customers will be informed promptly.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination city.
• Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free for all orders above ₹500.
• For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.
• Additional standees or custom-designed standees may attract extra charges, which will be informed during order confirmation.

Tracking Orders

• Once your QR Standee is dispatched, a tracking link or tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
• You can monitor the delivery status through the logistics partner’s website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If you receive a damaged QR Standee, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
• We will arrange a free replacement after verifying the claim.
• If a shipment is lost by the courier company, a replacement will be dispatched at no extra charge.

Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure the correct shipping address, contact number, and email ID are provided while subscribing.
• Re-delivery charges may apply in case of incorrect address provided by the customer.
