Cancellation

Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website Bharat Smart QR (the “Website”) and our ‘Bharat Smart QR’ application for mobile and handheld devices (the “App”). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”.

As a general rule Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel Order once placed. Buyer may choose to cancel Order at any time but it may lead to put penalty of 10-30% of the price of the product. However, subject to Buyer’s previous cancellation history, Bharat Smart QR reserves the right to deny any refund to Buyer pursuant to a cancellation initiated by Buyer.

Refunds

At Bharat Smart QR, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.

Refunds may only be considered in the following special cases:

• Technical failure from our side that prevents activation or access.
• Duplicate payments made in error.
• Services were not delivered as promised.

To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of payment.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Please note: Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, partial usage of services, or issues caused by third-party devices or internet problems.
